Help Aiken Alumnae Deltas Help Others!
#1913FoundersDayChallenge

This year, in celebration of Delta Sigma Theta's Founders Day, members of the Aiken Alumnae Chapter are reaching out to their family, friends, colleagues, sorors and fellow greeks to support the 1913 Founders Day Challenge.  We want to continue the legacy of scholarship and public service established by our 22 founders, while continuing to meet the needs of our community. In spite of the fundraising challenges presented by the pandemic, our goal is to raise $22,000 by January 13, 2021*, to fund college scholarships for students in need, and public service initiatives to include:

  • Covid-19 Relief - Sr. Citizen Care Packages, Meals for Front Line Workers, etc.
  • Youth Mentoring - Delta GEMS, Delta Academy, and EMBODI
  • Physical & Mental Health Awareness
  • Financial Literacy Seminars
  • Social Action Initiatives Census - Census, voter education/registration
  • and more

Together, we can meet our goal! The community needs Delta's help more than ever.

All donations are greatly appreciated.  Consider honoring the special Deltas in your life my making a donation to the 1913 Founders Day campaign.  Donors making a contribution of $22 or more will be entered into a drawing to win $1,500.  (Limit 1 entry per donor.
